SIOPE resources and guidance: EU Cancer Plan Questionnaire

SIOPE resources and guidance: EU Cancer Plan Questionnaire

The European Commission’s President von der Leyen is launching a European plan to fight cancer to support Member States and stakeholders in improving cancer related issues on all levels across Europe.

Therefore, with a strong emphasis on citizen involvement, the second and final European Commission public consultation questionnaire is open until 7 May 2020 (midnight Brussels time) to collect individual and organisations’ views to feed into the European cancer plan.

The consultation is a decisive chance for the paediatric cancer community to advocate that our cancer issues are appropriately addressed in this unprecedented European Cancer Plan initiative.

The number of responses emphasising paediatric cancer will count, therefore your individual and institutional contributions will be instrumental in this effort.

To facilitate your contributions, SIOP Europe has prepared a number of resources that you can refer to:

We encourage you to forward these resources and motivate your members, colleagues, patients, survivors, parents and families to fill in the questionnaire.

The SIOP Europe office remains available for any queries or requests that you may have. It is our pleasure to facilitate your and your network’s contribution to this important initiative

Kind regards,

SIOP Europe Secretariat
